Shipping and Returns

How and when will my order be shipped?
We process and ship all orders within 4-5 business days, and ship orders to you via FedEx (rates are calculated at checkout).

What if I want to return an order?
We guarantee the quality of each item ordered from HCJ to be free from defects. Please note however that since each item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color and texture are natural.

If you wish to return merchandise you may do so within 30 days by following these steps:
1. Place item in envelope or box
(with appropriate padding for fragile items)
2. Include a copy of the invoice
3. Provide a brief reason for your return
4. Send to the following address:

The sender is responsible for return postage. We recommend using priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. We cannot accept any returned merchandise that has been laundered or altered in any way.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your return.
