How Online Gift Certificates Work

1. Purchase a gift certificate from our online store.
2. During the checkout process, you will be able to enter the email address and name of the recipient, and a message. The recipient can be yourself or someone else.
3. Upon checkout completion, an email will be sent to the designated recipient of the gift certificate. In the email will be a gift certificate code and instructions for how to use it at our online store.
4. The gift certificate may visit our online store at any time, and during they checkout process, the code may be entered into a box labeled "Coupon Code / Promotional Code" at the bottom of any shopping cart page. When the code is entered, the value of the gift certificate will be applied against the current balance of the shopping cart. If the value of the gift certificate is greater than the cost of the items in the shopping cart, no additional payment will be required for purchase and the excess value of the gift certificate may be credited toward a subsequent purchase using the same code. If the balance of the items in the shopping cart exceeds the value of the gift certificate, additional payment by credit card will be required to complete the check-out process.
